SinFuL

Last thursday, hunn and i went shopping n we found a box of ready made brownies that really looks tempting.... hunn teased me n said he wanna buy that brownies to compare with mine.... luckily, mine are much-much-much tasty while the whole box really disappointing...

Since i am still in the CHOCs mood...... here i wanna show my best brownies ever.... i named it "My Sinful Chewy Cashew Fudge Bars". These brownies are beautifully magnificient!!!! I mean "melt in your mouth". They are so moist and super quick and easy to make plus they are extremely rich n chocolatey. I cut them into tiny petit squares n really don't last long.... superb delicia.

so here, I just wanna share the recipe wt u guys out there...

Ingredients
200g unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
200g bittersweet chocolate bars, break them into small squares
200g dark brown sugar
3large eggs
180 granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
150g all-purpose flour
300g cashew nuts, coarsely chopped

Method
1/ Preheat oven to 170-180 degree celcius. Line a 9X13 baking pan with baking paper.
2/ In a medium saucepan, fill half-way with water and bring to a boil.
3/ combine chocolate and butter in a bowl (i just use plastic tupperware) n bring it in the saucepan of boiling water ( simply like double bath method). Turn down the heat to low. Let the chocolate and butter melt. Stir with spoon or spatula occasionally until the mixture is homogenous. Set aside to cool for a bit.
4/ In another large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and eggs. Stir, and let the brown sugar moisten until there's no more lumps. Stir in granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
5/ Combine chocolate mixture with the sugar mixture until homogenous. Gently sift in flour n fold them until incorporated. Do not overmix or the brownies will be tough. Fold in the chopped nuts, but leave about 1/2 cups to top on the brownies.
6/ Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan, smooth the surface n generously sprinkle the top with the reserved cashew and press the nuts lightly into the batter.
7/ Bake for 35-45 minutes until toothpick insert into the middle of the brownies comes out clean. Cool to room temperature and chill in the refrigerator overnight. The chilling will firm up the brownies nicely which makes for easy tidy cuts. Devour at room temperature.

Actually every time I think I have found the "one" best brownie recipe, I come across another great recipe. But all I have to say, if I could rate this one higher than five stars, I would!! N click here for the Original Recipe.

There are a few tips that will ensure your brownies are not cakey. I do not use a mixer because it can overmix my batter and whip too much air into the eggs. This makes brownies have a cakey texture. Mix everything by plastic or rubber spatula. Gently stirring everything together n do not overfold the batter makes them turn out better as opposed to franticly beating the mixture.

Sometimes Romance is Extravagant
Bringing home a single rose can say, “I thought about you today.”

On the other hand, a bunch of roses says, “I love you a bunch and you are priceless.”

So dont be afraid to invest in romance; you will receive great interest on that investment.

i've been sitting for nearly 2hrs in front of my desktop, doing nothing.... just staring at the monitor... i wanna sleep but seems like my eyes against me.... yet i have no idea what to write.... so, i am gonna stuff myself in the comforter n will start counting....

"Never go to bed mad. Stay up and fight."

new cycle...

i just start a new cycle today.... it is endocrinology... n for this 5-day cycle, we are just going to concentrate on Diabetes Mellitus ataupun kencing manis...managed to check my glucose level this morning, it was 4.8.... good enough.... basically here in Russia, the normal level is in the range 3.3 to 5.5... but in malaysia the upper level is much higher... up to 6.4-6.6 depending on the hospital... haha, that proves malaysian take way more sugar (including the rice la) than russian...

it is 1.51 a.m already.... i am going to continue my reading till i fall asleep... actually i still got another 60 more pages to go, but i will try my best to finish at least half of them... the rest will be done tomorrow in the metro on my way to hospital...

Roses....

Do you know there are messages behind different colors of roses? That's right, they have a language all their own! This was started by the Romans and used in the Victorian era as a discreet way to express one's feelings to another.

Red roses have always meant love-deep, passionate, ever lasting love.

White roses symbolize purity and brightness. A man who gives white roses is telling his love that he thinks she's an angel!

A mixed bouquet of red and white roses symbolizes unity. The man giving this kind of bouquet is saying "I stand united with you!"

Pink roses have several messages, depending on the shade.
"Deep pink roses" symbolize gratitude and respect, while "light pink" roses show sympathy.

Yellow roses on the other hand symbolize friendship and caring.

Orange roses symbolize new beginnings, perhaps explaining why they are an increasingly popular selection for bridal bouquets!

If you receive a deep burgundy rose, someone is telling you they think you more beautiful than you realize.

The more exotic rose colors also have meanings. For example, green roses represent fertility while blue roses are symbol of mystery and intrigue. Purple roses signify enchantment and love at first sight. Black roses, not surprisingly, represent death, and perhaps more surprisingly, new beginnings.

It's not just the colors of roses that speak volumes; it's also the way they are presented. If you receive a bouquet of unopened roses, it is a symbol of youth and innocent love. If they are all white, someone is telling you they love you but you are too young. A mix of red and pink buds means you are youthful and beautiful. If you receive a fully opened rose with two rosebuds, someone has a secret! If you receive a red rose and several yellow roses, you are being invited to join in the fun! A crown of roses symbolizes virtue and is often used at weddings as such, especially in the Greek Orthodox religion. Even the leaves of a rose have a message. They symbolize hope and optimism.

They say a picture is worth a thousands words, but a bouquet of roses can speak volumes more!

sonata musim salju

wachaa....

I just finished Ftizio-pulmonology (Tuberculosis) today, and the zachut-getting process went beautifully. We had theoritical class first, and just afta a long piririf/break we were given 1 CXR each to be analyzed carefully n our task is to give diagnose based on the CXR only.... Came out none of us give the wrong diagnose, n the lecturer was very pleased .... without thinking much, cz in this one week n a half cycle, we had shown full interest n really study the material, she gave us excellent mark 5 for our great performance....

the truth is my classmates and I jz feel very pleased with her too (cz dia ni baik sgt n suke pejam2 mata bile cakap that makes her look so soft n sweet), n i think we're just going to learn Tb with the same lecturer again for the spring term. After wishing us luck and heaps of praises for the discipline and the full attendance for the whole cycle and the eagerness we showed in her class (well, this is very common for us), she released us hour earlier than normal )for the freedom of cold, fresh snow n fresh air outside the hospital. Yipieee.....:))

i enjoyed the beautiful white snowy scenery on my way back..... jz cudn't wait to reach hostel n having fun wt the fresh flaky snow... i was so delighted that even ceqsue baru je sampai, she din hesitate to join us at all.... (this is the best thing bout ceqsue n i just love her company)... while Sya, quite surprisingly oso agreed to come along (she hates cold, n normally very lazy to go outing once she got into her room)... i was so happy wt them...

main nyorok2 disebalik pokok pine

i enjoyed the moment tremendously..! we played some snow fight n since hannan was the only guy among us, so he had been attacked by the girls... we grabbed some snow, n kepal2 into ball... then baling kat hannan... hehe.. wish we had plenty more time to do this kinda snow fight in the future... anyway, definitely we will find sumtime to make snowman later... this is our last winter so might as well enjoy to the fullest....
