let's have a look at my today's menu...... breakfast is a must and not to be skipped, n i made myself this quick awesome lovely sandwich..... 3 slices of meat ham/ salami, along with iceberg and green salad, tomato slices, and a handful spoon of sweet corn, drizzled later with thousand island, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and wrapped with the ready made tortillas...... it's a blast!!! and i'm gonna make another 2 tmrw morning.....
and for the lunch+dinner, instead of having typical rice or capellini or linguine and wutsoever,i tried making this beef steak with the black pepper brown sauce... i turned them from scratch out into a fabulous 5 star dish... i must say that i am really happy with my new recipe.....
- 250 g meat, cut into 2 slices of 1-1.5 cm thick
- ground black pepper
- garlic powder/garlic seasoning
- 1 tblspoon olive oil
pat a lil amount of pepper, garlic and salt on the both side of the meat.... in a skillet, using slow-medium heat, pan fry the steak until half done.... and transfer into oven, bake at 240 degrees for about 10-15 more minutes
- 2 tblspoon flour
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 100ml fresh milk/cream
- 250 ml/ 1 cup of plain water
- garlic seasoning
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- black pepper ( i mix the ground with the whole one)
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon black balsamic vinegar
- 1 tblsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
mix together all the ingredients, whisk until well combined and cook slow until u get the desired gravy....
i bought 4 sticks of asparagus last week, and this is my first time giving a try of the most famous expensive nutritious veges... i fried them in the skillet after i took out the steak, adding another one tblspoon of olive oil, and a lil dust of ground pepper and garlic powder...
i served my beef steak with baked potato wedges.... LOVELY!!!
