the best thing is that i finally found a person sharing the same birth date with me... she's Beautiful Yaya... happy Birthday yaya!!!

and 3rd september oso a special day for someone as it is the day she and her hubby celebrate their anniversary everyyear... Happy Anniversary Kak MOralle!!!

well, i'm used not to receive any birthday gifts, except from Hann and Kaka....

and this year Kaka gave me the goldy white sandal, while Hann gave me his love and banked in few RM+++ for me to spend... but then i consider the GUESS handbag he bought me as the birthday prezzie...

u guys nak tau tak, ekceli shieda slalu teringin nak buat bday party ngan kawan2 tapi slalunye mase bday aje shieda tgk sengkek betol2 tak berduit... huhu... takpelah, ape yang penting my beloved family taknah lupa celebratekan bday shieda... hehe... n now shieda ade u all sume yang takkan lupa bday shieda ... hehe... perasan la plak...

Cerita mak

one week is such a long time...
it's already a week mak admitted to the ward....


malam nie i'll stay at the ward again, temankan and jaga mak... adik got pile of assignments to be done... it's ok, since i got nothing to do, and it's already the time for me to look after mak...

yesterday, dah confirm mak bukan sakit Chikungunya... so the diagnosis is Viral Fever only... sebabnya ade shingles keluar kat dada mak... (shingles ni aka kayap aka herpes zoster,, caused by Virus Varicella Zoster yang sebabkan chickenpox tu.... according to the theory, once u guys kene chickenpox, the virus will forever stay in the body... some will migrate and live peacefully at the nerve/urat saraf.... they don't harm us, but when our immunity drops contohnya masa demam, kemalangan, stress or sakit ke they will activate themselves and akan gali keluar ke permukaan kulit mengikut jalan urat saraf yang die duduk... biasanya kat dada/bawah tulang rusuk kite... nak treat shingles ni just gune antiviral cream, die akan ansur2 baik... tapi kalau org2 kampung pandang kes kayap ni sangatlah bahaya... nak ubatnye kena gune nangka muda, gula merah, kelapa parut and ape ntah...)

selain shingles ni, mak turut diserang Bronchopneumonia... ataupon mudahnya jangkitan kuman pada paru2 dan bronchus...

apa yang menyebabkan sakit2 sendi bisa yang melampau sampaikan mak tak boleh bangun pon i tak tau... sangat2 parah masa rabu and khamis lepas sbb mak tak boleh nak bangun and jalan langsung, me and kaka yang angkat dukung mak masuk ke dalam kete, and i pangku mak sepanjang jalan nak ke klinik... from the clinic to the hospital, they sent mak by ambulans...

till today, mak cume mampu baring dan duduk saja... itupon bile nak bangun duduk, have to support mak from behind...
makan kejap berselera kejap takde...
demam still on and off...

My Birthday

yupp.... it's September 3rd and i'm celebrating my 24th Birthday today...

it might not be the best birthday, not the worst either...


the first person wishing me birthday was my sister, Kaka... and she bought me a pair of goldy-white sandal for the gift...
Cikdah and elin came to the ward with the birthday cake...
sharp at 12.00 midnight few birthday messages came in, from my dear Fara Nemo @ Adik, Ayah, Iza@ Acu and from my bakal adik ipar Awi..
bile nak melangkah keluar ward aje my big bro pulak call...

actually, i was waiting and waiting for the most special wish from my other half, hampir2 kecewa and menangis takut2 sayang terlupa but i knew he mustt already fell asleep while waiting for the midnight...

first thing i did bile bangun sahur was checking the sms... yeay!!! i got one more birthday wishes...
from my darling Hannan.... :)
and he also called, singing me the birthday song... how i wish i cud celebrate my birthday with him...

and sehabis aje bersahur few more messages came in...
2 from Perlis ( from Hani and from my fren who celebrated his birthday yesterday, Faiz)...
and then from Penghulu Putrajaya, Kak Nor @ MummySyafie
another one from Sarawak, from my beloved fren Sharifah Ratnafiza..
then in the early morning Chik, Zie the Princess, Yaya and Elyn sent me beautiful birthday wishes...

and i got a phone call from Pengantin Baru kita, Nadia Alias @ Nad...
and another one from Fea @ Alang just a moment ago...



thanks a lot for all the wishes my dears...

and thanks for all the prayers for my mom, she's getting much more better now...


actually i was sleeping when my makcik and adik came last nite to the ward...
they brought me a lovely birthday cake, which made me cry into tears cuz i din't expect they wud do so...
we had a small party kat katil mak... and i gave away few slices to the nurses, the non-diabetic patients as well as the guard supaya next time cikdah bole naik dgn mudah waktu malam untuk hantarkan sahur tanpa kene tahan dan bersoal jawab ngan guard...
adik asked me to go back home and get a lil rest after 6d/5n teman dan jaga mak kat hospital...
actually adik demam sejak balik kampung hari sabtu aritu, dan still not feeling well till today, but she doesn't want me to celebrate the whole birthday in the ward...

i slept at Cikdah's house, and only this morning i got back here to my rumahku syurgaku...

DEMAM PANAS

i cudn't update much bout condition mak...
real bad...

that's all i can say...

i do really hope u guys dapat sama2 doakan untuk mak shieda, dan semoga kami anak beranak diberi kekuatan untuk sama2 hadapi perit getir sakit mak... insyaAllah...

Mak Demam

Mak demam lagi harini...

malam tadi shieda takleh tdo, jadi shieda dapat tgk camne mak tdo...
kejap2 ke kanan, kang kejap lagi golek ke kiri...
lepas tu sekejap mendengus, sekejap lagi berdengkur...

shieda rase macam ade sesuatu yang tak kena pada mak...
dan bile tersedar subuh, mak kata mak rasa macam nak demam lagi...
shieda jerang air dulu, nak buatkan quacker oat untuk mak...
sambil2 tu ajak mak bual22... tapi mak tak larat...
bagi mak ubat semua, tambahkan dos aspirin sbb takde panadol nak turunkan demam mak...
and lepas tu kitorang tertdo semula...

sedar2 pukul 8.30 badan mak masih lagi panas...
shieda buatkan mak air asam jawa dan terus kemas rumah semua...
dalam kol 11 gtu try sentuh dahi mak, sangat2 panas ok...
dan mak kata mak sakit sendi bahu dua2 belah... ( adakah Chikungunya juga... ??? owh tidakkkk)
shieda bubuhkan pes asam jawa kat dahi mak, petua org2 tua untuk turunkan demam... tapi sekejap aja dah kering...
maknanya badan mak betol2 panas...

It's been a while after their ceremony, and only now i'm gonna post the wedding pictures...
So, jom layan2kan tengok gambar2 ni k...

ok first wedding that i went to was between Hanif my junior in Moscow with the gadis pujaan hatinya Anis, yang juga study kat Russia only not in Moscow, both are kelantanese... majlis berlangsung kat Kadok kelantan.. these two mempelai sangat2 comel, i mean really comel because Hanif memang kecik aje orgnye... and so do anis... but still she's taller than me... huhu... the pelamin sangat2 cantik in gold, but i'd no idea where they got the idea to wear pink... ohoooo..


the second one also held in Kelantan, just the next day after hanif&anis ceremony... this one was between Nadia and Aliff... Nadia is my Junior in Moscow, but she's actually same age as me... while Alif is 2 yrs younger than us... they're not in the same batch, means that Nadia gonna finish first next year, leaving alif alone there to finish his study... they've been dating each other not more than a year, and now happily live together... me sooo envy wooo... and nadia ni pon sama ngan hanif tu, pelamin kaler gold, tapi baju kaler pink... pelik2... nway, they shud thanx their parents for arranging everything, because they just got home and the next thing they know it's already the wedding day...




and then, i got this one phone call from my ex-skoolmate, Zuwairi @ Qawar telling me that one of our FIVER's 2001 SAKTI is getting married... also named Nadia @ yaya... she was my best fren in form one... and how could i miss her wedding rite... unfortunately, i'd no transport, no car to go to her house... and Qawar offered to fetch me, bring me to her house because we were all SCOUTS yang sangat2 rapat dan aktif masa sekolah dulu... and me soo happy.. but i din have the chance to meet the groom, but still i can remember his face... the groom pon sama sekolah ngan we all dulu... oklah, thnx a lot to my driver ya... lenkali if i need a ride, maybe i shud just call him la kan... ngahahaha... mentang2la han tak kisah, and makwe qawar ni pon tak kisah.... kami sangat2 jujur dan setia pada pasangan masing2... and kami saling memberi ruang pada kekasih kami..... sekarang ni bukan masa nak jatuh hati pada orang lain dah... sekarang ni adalah masa mebuktikan komitmen pada pasangan masing... ngan orang2 lain, nak kawan kawanlah, lau nak lelebih bye2, lau taknak kawan nak wat camne... yang penting ikhlas dalam apa jua perhubungan...

the day after, on August 10th, my kawan sekolah rendah pula yang kahwin... he's my neighbour but we hardly meet each other after we left for secondary school... when i first heard the news bout his wedding, i only remembered one thing that his mom told my mom about 13-14th yrs ago.... "Ijaba ni asyik merayap aje... tak pernah nak lekat kat rumah... kalau ditanya mana pergi, jawabnya G UMAH ATUN la mak...." ( psst... Atun ni Shieda la ye...) yang his mom ni mati2 ingatkan anaknya die cakap betol, rupenye buat cerita... tah mana die pergi pon kitowang tatau, sbbnye die taknah pulak datang umah main ngan shieda... heheehe... on that day also, i met few more frens... and also seperti jejak kasih daku terberjumpa dgn itu boipren lama a.k.a my puppylove la kan... gegegeggege... kelakar ajeee... tapi tak amik pon gambar, takut nanti his girlfren marah kang....

and the last one also my kawan sekolah rendah jugakla... Intan, and the groom is a Kelantanese... lalalalalala... kalau nak tau sekarang ni ramai pulak org kampung shieda yg tawen ngan oghe2 Kelate... nape ek??? adakah oghe2 kelate ni best2 macho belaka... ataupon kami orang2 johor sangat2 cun and outstanding yeee??? lalallala....

---<@ urmmm, let me flash back seminit dua ok.... 5 years back means year 2003...
1) I was in my first year at Med.Skool... already in Moscow la maknanya....
2) I was living in an extreme cold country... my first winter over there last for 7 months... and the lowest temperature recorded that time was - 34degrees ( ataupon - 44 , shieda pon terlupa la plak ) ... ( di bawah takat beku ni k)
3) I was walking around the Moscow Zoo with frens in the damn freaking cold - 24 degrees.. sound crazy and stupid rite..
4) I carried my backpack each time i went to the shopping mall, because lepas window shopping had to buy the foods and groceries at the supermarket next to it....
5) mabuk kepayang ditinggalkan kekasih yang balik ke malaysia waktu summer break, while me spending the whole 2 months break in moscow

1) Buat 2 jenis nasi goreng untuk bekfes... nasi goreng kampung untuk mak, and nasi goreng sausage untuk Nani and Mamat..

3) Gorengkan ikan untuk lauk kucing2 adik
4) Nak khatamkan bace u all nye blog yang termiss beberapa hari...

Chikungunya Outbreaks!!!

I am going to JB tomorrow to visit my eldest sister there…
She was admitted to the HSA due to unexplain fever, general weakness and pain in several joints…
I was thinking it must be Chikungunya Fever due to the outbreak of this fever now in my place… and the diagnosis from HSA proves mine was correct…

Ok let’s forget bout her for a second and I’ll tell u guys ape itu Demam Chikungunya…

SEbut betul2... ( Chi - Kun - Gu - Nya )
Demam Chikungunya ni adalah sejenis penyakit berjangkit yg disebabkan oleh virus,… tapi jangan salah faham, ia tidak berjangkit antara sesame manusia… lebih mudah untuk dibayangkan penyakit ni adalah mimik kepada Demam Denggi… maksudnya, penyakit ini merebak melalui gigitan nyamuk sahaja… dan nyamuk durjana itu adalah juga nyamuk Aedes…

Ok, macam mana penyakit ni boleh merebak dengan cepat???
Nyamuk Aedes yang sihat akan merayau2 mencari makanan pada waktu siang, dan apabila si nyamuk ini menggigit seorang pesakit Chikungunya, maka secara tidak langsung nyamuk ini akan dijangkiti juga dan menjadi vector/agent bagi menyebarkan terus penyakit ini kepada orang2 yg masih sihat sewaktu die menggigit…

Jadi penyakit ni berpusing2 dalam satu kitar…. MANUSIA-- NYAMUK AEDES-- MANUSIA…. Sebab itu dikatakan sesame manusia tidak akan berjangkit…

Chikungunya fever ni pernah menyerang Malaysia pada tahun 1997 kalau tak silap, tapi waktu tu tak ramai yg dijangkiti dan hanya merebak di sekitar Port Klang sahaja…
Dan ini adalah kali ke2 outbreak Chikungunya kat Negara kita… dalam kampong shieda ni sahaj tak kurang 15 orang sudah dijangkiti penyakit ini… dan termasuklah Along shieda kat JB sana yg baru saje balik bercuti kat Kampung sewaktu kenduri aritu…

Penyakit Chikungunya ni antara tanda2 utamanya adalah demam 38-39 C, sakit2 pada kebanyakan sendi2 baik kaki, bahu mahupon pada tulang belakang, ruam2 atau dinamakan maculopapular rash (kesan gigitan nyamuk dan dikawasan sekitar gigitan nyamuk itu sendiri)…

Disebabkan penyakit ini disebabkan oleh virus, tiada ubat spesifik yg khas digunakan….. ubat2an yg diberi oleh doctor hanyalah untuk mlegakan kesakitan dan lenguh2 sendi seperti Diclofenac (group NSAID), serta menurunkan suhu badan seperti aspirin atau panadol… selebihnya doctor akan berikan ubat2 bergantung pada symptom2 lain yang dialami oleh individu pesakit itu… tetapi seandainya sakit2 pada sendi tidak juga hilang atau tidak respon pada NSAID, doctor akan berikan ubat reserve iaitu Chloroquine…

Selalunya demam akan hilang selepas 3-5 hari dan sakit2 sendi hanya akan pulih sediakala selepas seminggu-dua, tapi bagi orang2 yang telah berumur boleh mengambil masa sehingga sebulan untuk pulih sepenuhnya…

Ok, rasanya cukup penjelasan panjang lebar shieda…. Sekarang nak kne berkemas dulu sebab sekejap lagi nak ke rumah kakak yg kat batu pahat dulu, then esok baru nak ke JB… okla u all, c ya on Sunday then!!!
