light dinner



things u need.............

  • Rotini/ Spirals
  • Tuna chunks
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • tomato cherry
  • Japanese cucumber
  • Mixed italian herbs
  • black pepper
  • pinch of salt
just mix everything together.... and it's ready!!!....
less than 10 mins preparation including merebus the spirals.....
yummy2............

### can add diced onions, lime/lemon juice and lil bit of mayonnaise for extra flavor........
